Average stay Excellent rate but older facility. Filled my needs but far from excellent. Bathroom had odor, when I asked for fresh linens, had to wait, was told they would be brought to my room and 4 hours later I returned to the front desk to repeat my request and had to wait another hour and for the third time went back to front desk to finally get them.
Nice staff but hotel has roaches! The hotel staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. I did however continue to see roaches during my stay. I killed a total of 3 roaches in my 18 hour stay here. God knows how many other roaches I didn't have the pleasure of meeting.
wasnt that bad The beds were comfortable and even though the main lobby and hallways werent that apealing i had a good stay. The room was nice and the location was great. I would return if i had to.
You get what you pay for At the last minute I was able to make my trip therefore I thought I would save money by staying at this hotel. The check-in was fairly simple and quick but the room was not in the best condition. The chair by the bed was badly stained and worn and I did not sit in it for the two days I was there. There was hair on the bathroom counter and I am a bald male. The tub was also dirty and I wore sandals when taking a shower. Softball Really liked hotel room. Very clean
Not Cheap One of Extended Stay America Hotels. Do not depend anything. Service staff are not serious. If you find cheap, than good to stay.
Visit to Mayo Clinic I had to stay over night as I had appointments at the Mayo Clinic and the room was comfortable and clean. The small kitchen and large refrigerator where very nice to have.

Great for the money I would stay again the room was very comfortable and the bed was ideal.
