Friendly Atmosphere We have two dogs and it is always a challenge to find a decent place to stay while on one of our journeys. However, Homestead provided us with a grill for a planned bbq with our son and daughter-in-law, a large yard for the dogs to romp and some friendly neighbors that shared the space with us. All-in-all it was a pleasant experience.

MCI lodging This was an ideal overnight place for us--two adults and two young children. We spent the day in KC with family who were attending a conference and then stayed overnight before returning home by car the next morning. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet and a good value.

My second home. I was pleased as always with the Staff there, Ms. Nancy, Anthony and Ashley. They are like family and extremely personable and friendly. I will continue to stay there and have many friends (about 22 of us) that stay there often. We travel alot and always look forward to seeing our hotel family at the Homestead at 9701 Shannon Ave in Kansas City, Mo. Many thanks to all of them.

condition of hotel the customer service of this hotel is great but they have a serious ant problem, they were in our clothes, on tables and food. once they take care of this problem everything will be fine.

Wonderful Staff The staff at the hotel during exceeded my expectations! This hotel is definitely the best of any of the Extended Stay brands I have stayed at!!

A nice get away My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights to just kind of escape the busyness of work and home life. The room was nice and it was awesome that there was a full kitchen so we could cook meals for ourselves. The staff was very hospitable and tried to accompany our every request/need to their best ability. Our only complaints were that there was no dish soap provided to wash dishes and there are no ice machines. There are ice makers, but ours didn't seem to want to work for us. Haha.
