Sufficient for short stay I found the beds very uncomfortable. The room has everything for a short stay and is basic. Expect no luxury unless you are used to Super8 or similar. My room (227) had a very noisy AC.

good for 50 bucks I guess The staff was very very friendly. There were no cups to drink out of in our room, so I had to go to walmart and buy some which stunk. There was no shampoo..so take your own shampoo. The pillows were way flat and the bed was way hard.. but the worst part of it I think was that they didn't have any kids channel to watch except for cartoon network, and at 11 at night, cartoon network isn't good programming for kids.. Nickelodeon or Disney would have been better to have in the room.

GREAT! This hotel was amazing! Not only was it incredibly cheap (we booked 3 weeks in advance) the rooms were large and well-kept, the staff was friendly, and it was close to a variety of attractions.

Homestead Studio Suites - Kansas City, Mo. We needed a hotel close to the airport due to an early flight. Price was a great rate, and the service was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Great value Great value for the location near the airport and room size. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and as a 'studio queen' it was just a full size.

Nice and convenient My wife and I (early 30's, frequent international travelers, with college degrees) spent one night in this hotel due to its proximity to the KCI airport. We were only looking for a clean and quiet room to sleep some hours before our early flight and that's what we got. If we were planning to spend more time in a hotel we would've probably booked a more expensive and nicer hotel. We didn't use any of the hotel services because we only wanted to sleep, so I can't give an opinion about them.
