handy hotel near event we attended overall fine. however the toilet was not secured to the floor so it shifted at times. also the shower water came rushing out of the tub fawcet and the shower. Not water saving in times of severe drought (unless it goes to recycle water)

checked in late on Saturday night for a quick nights sleep before continuing on with our travels. The front desk lady was pretty rude and grumpy. Got to the room it was average. Left first thing in the morning.

good accomadations Enjoyed having restaurants and convenience store with in walking distance. Hotel was quiet and accommodations were excellent.

Nice hotel but smells everywhere Nice hotel and good location. But the front lobby smells bad. I think it might be because the laundry room is directly behind the front desk. When we got off the elevator on floor 3, the hallway smells of smoke - all 3 days we were there. Our room had a musty smell. It wasn't so bad that we had to leave, but it wasn't pleasant. Also remember this is a extended stay hotel....so they don't clean the room everyday. It is up to the guest. This is probably what contributes to the smell.

Too little for $140.00 A night 1. WiFi did not connect 2. The Free Breakfast turnout to be FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The had a few fruit, cakes and coffee and tea. No real Breakfast. 3. a couple of doors from us, two dogs baked the whole night 4. Management were not present to hear my concern; instead, the front desk clerk said that since I did reserve through Expedia/hotel.com, I will have to present my complain to Hotels.com
