If you don't smoke, don't stay there We were supposedly put in a nonsmoking room, but it must have been a smoking room for the previous visitor!!! It smelled horrible!!! They didn't have another room and it was late when we arrived, so we had no choice and it was soooo bad smelling and all of my clothing and luggage wreaked of cigarrettes for the next day as well. We had to go to another hotel for our second night in town.

Uncomfortable Bed & Smoke The minute I walked into the hotel I smelled a slight hint of smoke. Then I entered the elevator and it smelled like smoke disguised by some air freshener. The Air freshener did not help. I had to literally hold my breath. When I entered my room there was a bit of smoke smell but when I entered the bathroom, it was too intense. No longer on my list of chains hotels to book We travel quite a bit for dog shows and this hotel allows dogs, however, we were VERY disappointed to find that we did not have a room on the first floor (as promised) and we did not have a KING bed (as promised). Further, no one was available to discuss these broken promises when we arrived at 9pm. Smoking Hotel I reserved a non-smoking room, and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Upon exiting the elevator on the 2nd floor, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke present in the hallway. Naturally our room reeked. We were offered a different room on the 2nd floor. Upon entrering, the AC was blowing full blast, apparently to mask any odor. ESA Long Island-Bethpage The hotel was minimalist at best. The second night someone set off car alarms right outside our window for 5 hours, making us wonder about the security of the location and keeping us awake. I had a filthy glass in my room upon check-in, and although I asked the staff for daily housekeeping, it only occurred one day.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!!! The employees (especially the manager) of the hotel were rude, would give lip service to getting items (such as a tub faucet that would not shut off completely) repaired and never doing it. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - including other Extended Stay America hotels - and I have never seen a worst managed hotel in all my life.
