Glad our stay wasn't extended. From afar, this hotel looks decent, but once up close and inside, you'll be able to see that something is sucking the life out of it . From the lackluster and unassuming building entrance, to the dingy and cramped lobby. It didn't help that the woman behind the front desk, who knew we were there, waited for a few moments to come out behind the divider to check us in. She had no desire to be at work. 2 days of no power. No internet. We arrived to no power and spent the first night and second day with no internet. And had no power the second day from 12 to 3 as well. We had to leave due to no access to an elevator for the whole second day. Your room pictures show a couch and tv area which was no in either of our 2 rooms. The pamphlets all state whatever you need just call the front desk and we will bring it to you, yet every time we called we were told to come to the front desk and get it. 4 trips to get a working coffee ... read more

horrible experience The only thing about our stay here that was positive was that it was close to a CVS. They had no ice machine, we were told to use the freezer in the room and wait 45 min for ice. We had three pillows on the bed, two were thin and one was so old it was like a sheet inside a pillow case. I called and asked for more pillows and was told "we don't have anymore" My husband had to use a sweatshirt as a pillow. The TV was on a stand so low that when if we wanted to lay down to watch TV we needed at least 2 decen... read more

Will not stay here again. Very unhappy with hotel and service. The check in desk when I first entered was dirty, the elevator was filthy, the employees at the desk were not helpful. We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The room was adequate, but the common areas were so dirty - cigarette butts on the floor of the elevator, dirt and gross things all over elevator doors, inside and out. Business overnight stay Lighting was not good. Overall feeling was cold and not a place I would consider stayi2ng again. Plus the rooms while nonsmoking still smell of smoking.

Bad Stay Overall Hotel customer service was poor. Room was fairly clean, but lacking basic amenities such as lotion, coffee maker, cups in the rooms, etc. Sheets on the bed were extremely old. The "free breakfast" was a joke - it was granola bars, months old apples, and oatmeal. The good thing was the room came with a full fridge and the location was pretty good as well. Close to the main road.But, bad stay overall.

Nope. Never again. The room was not what we expected. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable. No workout room, the breakfast was granola bars and coffee and old looking fruit. When we asked for more towels, it was as though we were asking for a kidney and were actually given dishtowels instead of washcloths. Not satisfied with Hotel The staff were unfriendly and seemed irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to check us in. We booked a room with a queen size bed and we received two double beds. When we asked why, clerk stated that with this type of reservation, they do not guarantee the room requested. The room appeared dingy and/or dirty. The fruit that was offered for the "breakfast" was rotten.
