Handicap accessability I requested a handicap room-specifically with a walk in shower, which I was told was available. When I got to the room, it had a tub with a seat and hand held shower nozzle, which is semi handicapped. I have severe arthritis of my knees, so this bath set up was difficult for me. I have stayed in other hotels with walk in showers, I don't know why this was a problem.

No way to get coffee. Didn't even provide portable coffee makers totally understand covid-19 and social distancing but your ad said breakfast included even if you couldn't provide breakfast coffee would have been helpful. Also stayed three nights. Never cleaned my room

The room was very clean. I did not like how the inside of the shower looked, that’s the only problem I had.
