We got a complaint for noise but phone didn't work to complain about the noise next door. Made us worry we'd get kicked out of this place and as a homeless family that isn't comfortable.

It's a basic hotel, the breakfast included is continental with only packaged items, coffee, tea. This is a pet friendly hotel so the carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty. They should not have carpets in the rooms. The rooms have little kitchenettes which is nice. The detail cleaning in the bathroom was lacking around the faucet there was grim around it.
