Stayed at this property because I had a good experience at a brand new property in San Marcos. Had I stayed here first, I wouldn’t have stayed in San Marcos. The accessible room we reserved was not available. We were told it had been reserved several times over. Kudos to your staff for finding us a ground floor room.
