good hotel reasonable price. full kitchen. great location. friendly staff. i will be back next trip.

The recliner chair in the room was torn and old. The overall feel of the room was a little less than very comfortable. I had to request utensils since they were not readily available in the room. I was told by a hotels.com representative that I would have two beds, I did not which created more discomfort. The fact that the hotel is a pretty safe area of town with lots of shopping and dining made the decision to stay there.

I would stay again... The woman at the front desk when I checked in - I believe her name was Jessica but not sure was very friendly, asked me if I needed anything, and later when I called and needed a charger for my phone helped make that happen and she was prompt as well. My only negative is that I had no idea that the hotel didn't provide a blow dryer and in the morning when I figured it out, there was no front staff to help me with that and only an answering service because it was early in the morning. Close to Redondo beach The was acceptable. The first room we were assigned too smelled like rotten meat so I requested a different room. Frond desk is pretty slow, one time I waited about 10 minutes and even tried to call the front desk (while at the front desk) and there was nobody around.

Very nice staff. Room is nice and was simple. I had a great stay. Friendly staff and nice room for the price. kitchen with fridge is a good touch if you have a family. bathrooms could have been a little nicer but everything worked well.
