The experience was decent. Not much exciting. Good staff. Slow service. Some or the other utility may be not working. TV, leaking bath tub tap.
Great stay Customer service was amazing. When I asked for toothpaste they ran out at the front desk, so they lady went to storage to get some more and then delivered to my room. The only bad need was that the wifi pswd that was given to me didn't work. Over all the room was clean and customer service was friendly.
I am a repeater of this hotel Best cost performance! I have stayed here many times. Whenever I visit LA, I prefer this hotel due to be convenient. Great stay.
My mini-vacation It was nice. Very quiet and I was able to relax.
