No one was at the desk when we were checking out. We had to wait.

The place was dirty. Carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. Nothing is in the room you have to check it out at the front desk. Not even shampoo. Not even a glass to drink water from. The carpet in our room and the hallways (probably throughout) was filthy. Stairwell smelled like dog pee. Morning coffee was good.

Things have really changed since Covid. No shower products, just 2 small soaps. No hair dryer, nothing in kitchen and breakfast was choice of small muffin or breakfast bar, coffee or hot water. I booked the stay for the amenities but got none . Other than that it was nice and would probably stay again, but bring items needed.
