I have stayed here several times so it has value. Room 313 had no hangers or stoppers in the tub and sink. The reservation system needs help. At registration, I was given a key to a room that was occupied. Twenty minutes later I was given a key to a smoking room. I don't smoke.

I like the clean room and the staff. They can use a ice machine there.

Just wish the WiFi was better and the tv was bigger, but that’s just cause I have huge TVs at home. Other than that my experience was great!

Customer service lacking! Fire alarm kept going off due to people cooking in their rooms. I was right across the hall from housekeeping and heard dishes being washed for over an hour around 10:00pm. No one was at the front desk when I went to check out. I waited over 15 minutes and just left. Customer service was non existent here.
