Let's see...check in was fast and desk staff was polite. Location was good. Hair dryer was broken (not just not working but literally a piece was broken off), the tub didn't drain properly so I was standing in water up to my ankles while showering. ONE tiny trash can for the entire unit although it's supposed to be an efficiency. Fridge and heater were LOUD. Loud people staying there too, although they weren't up that late. Definitely needs some upgrades.

Very very basic Building smells of smoke and dog. Very minimal in the room in the way of amenities. Water pressure in shower is very low. I went downstairs to add one day and the price was higher than what I had paid the day before. I was told to get same price I would have to book it myself through hotels.com which I did but my reservation never went through on their end even though I had a confirmation number. The property is convenient and it is priced for what you get.there were no hangers, no iron and no drain stoppers in the room. The halls and common areas have a dirty feel to them.

I have stayed here several times so it has value. Room 313 had no hangers or stoppers in the tub and sink. The reservation system needs help. At registration, I was given a key to a room that was occupied. Twenty minutes later I was given a key to a smoking room. I don't smoke.
