The property was clean and staff friendly. It was what I expected. I know it was not a 5 star when i booked it so according to my expectations it was fine. The elevator does need some servicing as the doors take forever to close even when the closed button is engaged. The AC leaked a little on the floor but no biggie. The WI FI however is really slow and just to get it 2x faster you have to pay, that really sucked i expected better service on the WI FI. Perfect Location We stayed here since it was close to where we had to drop off our grandkids. The staff didn't mind we had 3 grandkids who had to wait for awhile before the parents picked up. We enjoyed this location better than others. Clean, Friendly and helpful. The mini breakfast was perfect, others only have Granola Bars.

Rooms are not cleaned unless a request is made by the guest. Beds were not made unless the guest made their own. When I am on vacation I do not intended to clean and do the normal day things I would do at home. There were three guest booked for the room and only enough towels for two. No coffee pot in the room to make morning coffee. Very poor room for the money paid.
