Cross-Country--Lynchburg Wonderful! Huge refrigerator, kitchenette. Very comfortable.
Almost ok The staff did not cover the front desk at check in. It was 6 pm and no one was around. When heard noises, banging in the back laundry area, I called out several times. Eventually the attendant said he would be out in a moment. It took a few "moments". The first room he gave me smelled of cigaret smoke despite signs of no smoking and a high penalty. He did change the room and apologize. it was not his fault and he obviously was given a lot of work to complete. The second room was ok, but was a bit dingy. The bathroo... read more
Good but not great! My daughter and I visited Liberty U and stayed at this hotel. We had a good stay, but I was surprised that it wasn't better. Great kitchen, but no dishes or flatware.
Served it's Purpose! Stayed a week for a Liberty intensive, hotel staff and hotel was nice. But bathroom floor needed a good Clorox scrub. Just bring your shower shoes!!! And put a towel on the floor.
graduation Location was everything. Staff friendly,room clean, bed uncomfortable, noise level very good.
