Second stay at this hotel and it was much cleaner this time. My one suggestion is to please clean under the beds. My kids' ball rolled under the bed and they were disgusted at the trash and debris under the beds. Otherwise room was clean. Breakfast is very skimpy.

Cross-Country--Lynchburg Wonderful! Huge refrigerator, kitchenette. Very comfortable.

Almost ok The staff did not cover the front desk at check in. It was 6 pm and no one was around. When heard noises, banging in the back laundry area, I called out several times. Eventually the attendant said he would be out in a moment. It took a few "moments". The first room he gave me smelled of cigaret smoke despite signs of no smoking and a high penalty. Good but not great! My daughter and I visited Liberty U and stayed at this hotel. We had a good stay, but I was surprised that it wasn't better. Great kitchen, but no dishes or flatware.

Served it's Purpose! Stayed a week for a Liberty intensive, hotel staff and hotel was nice. But bathroom floor needed a good Clorox scrub. Just bring your shower shoes!!! And put a towel on the floor.
