Good value Good value and nice staff. Grab and go breakfast was a nice addition. Hotels dot com has the address wrong - it is 55 Junction Court - so this made it hard to find. Out of the center of Madison 10 miles or so, so depending on where you're doing business, that could matter. But easy enough to get to the center of town on the freeway.
Everything was fine. People at front desk went out of their way to be helpful. Would have liked a better breakfast otherwise everything was nice.
Average at best The hotel was hard to find, off the road, not where Expedia said it was. There are two Extended Stay buildings near each other, which is odd. The breakfast was below average. Hampton or LaQuinta are better values and have much better breakfasts. The staff was good, no concerns there.
BigTens Staff was great...polite, attentive even enthusiastic when checking in at midnight
good for the price Room is large so I could work on my computer at the desk. could have been cleaner. Good price.

You get what you pay for.... The hotel was inexpensive, compared to others in the area, but you do get what you pay for. The beds were uncomfortable, shower and sink drains went down really slow (making showers turn into small baths), daily housekeeping is not free, and walls/doors were thin and could hear everything going on within the hotel. But the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, as much as they were able to do with what they had. The mini kitchens also help to cut down on the expense of eating out. Overall, I would... read more
