Everything was fine. People at front desk went out of their way to be helpful. Would have liked a better breakfast otherwise everything was nice.

Average at best The hotel was hard to find, off the road, not where Expedia said it was. There are two Extended Stay buildings near each other, which is odd. The breakfast was below average. Hampton or LaQuinta are better values and have much better breakfasts. The staff was good, no concerns there.

BigTens Staff was great...polite, attentive even enthusiastic when checking in at midnight

good for the price Room is large so I could work on my computer at the desk. could have been cleaner. Good price.

You get what you pay for.... The hotel was inexpensive, compared to others in the area, but you do get what you pay for. The beds were uncomfortable, shower and sink drains went down really slow (making showers turn into small baths), daily housekeeping is not free, and walls/doors were thin and could hear everything going on within the hotel. But the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, as much as they were able to do with what they had. The mini kitchens also help to cut down on the expense of eating out. Overall, I would... read more

Just what we needed Very clean rooms, pet friendly and the front desk staff was courteous both at check in, and when passing in the building. I would highly recommend this hotel in the future.

Very nice room Really liked the room. Nice and spacious. The kitchenette was really nice. Only complaint was soundproofing. During night, could easily hear people in hall and adjacent rooms talking.
