Nice hotel, but has issues Shower head was spaying backwards onto the wall, phone system started randomly calling room at 2:30am every 5-20 minutes until I unplugged them. Told staff in morning, and they said "Yes, we have new system and it has issues. Sorry". Housekeeping knocked on door at 8:30am even though checkout is at noon.
Candlewood McAlester Very nice rooms. Staff was friendly.
mostly good All was good except that I didn't get the room that I booked. I booked a one bedroom king suite and I was forced to stay in a regular king suite.
Great hotel, easy highway access The hotel was very nice and clean...an exceptional value! Although the pillows weren't to my preference, the bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet.
