J.R. I was happy with people and place
J.R. Candlewood Enjoyed the stay, I'm a big guy so the bed could be a bit more firm.
My only complaint was that when I requested some extra pillows, they never showed so we went to sleep. 2 hours later, we were woken up by a phone call asking if we still wanted them. That is the ONLY complaint. The front desk apologized profusely for waking us up, so that is a positive.
Good overnight stay. Would stay there again. The cubbard had fair prices for snack items. Comparable to a convient store.
Great place to stay! Stayed there a year ago and it was just as nice.
Squeaky beds. Bed creaked squeaked every time anyone moved on the bed.. Plus the mattress was very very hard. When we arrived they had to recheck to room to assure it was clean. Then upon getting to room. A/c did not work. Clerk checked out could not figure out what was wrong. I told I would kick the plug then surprise it worked. This is a two star at best
The bed is too close to the wall you have to slide down to the foot to even get out of bed. I feel sorry for housekeeping!! I ask for 3 rooms close together and got one on each floor. I ask for a handicap room for my 90 year old parents and didn't get it. NOT real happy.
Heavenly stay! Awesome service, excellent room. Will stay again!
