I felt that the sheets and towels were not washed very well. When I inspected the bed and sheets there was hair from another person. I quickly took it off. The towels instead of being white was a grey like color in some parts. There was really bad food smells in the hallway that lingered in. Also the peep hole is huge and felt as anyone could peep in. The safety hook was smaller to my liking and wish it would have been bigger.

The hotel is well located, close to Manhattan and other popular places. My experience with the person at check in was not the best, he barely talk, gave us wrong directions to our room, gave us a room that was not ready, I had to go back to the front desk a couple times and again he barley talk, he mentioned a discount but I haven’t see anything yet not even my receipt. The property was quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean
You need to make sure to have a car if you come to this hotel. Also, they say they have breakfast, but they only have tea, coffee, and little oat bars. Cleanness is not their thing. The bed and bathroom were ok, but the carpets were dirty.
