Booked room with Expedia. When i got to the location they had trouble finding an available room. The closet doors were removed but the tracks for them were still in place. The light switch fell out of the lamp when i tried to turn it on. I just needed a bed for the night so it wasn't a big deal but i definitely wouldn't go back.

After checking in we found that the tv was working and had to get assistance. The table light was not working. One of the bedside table lights was actually broken and the bulb insert area was dangling. I believe they sweep the dirty floor under the bed it was so gross. There were hairs in our “supposedly” fresh towels. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And the included breakfast was a JOKE: a couple pre bagged muffins under a curio cabinet. Definitely not worth the $800 I paid for just 2 nights/3 days

Room had chipped paint, no hair dryer, etc
The location of the hotel was convenient because it was near the stadium. However, for the price I paid for the room, I should not have been given a room with a broken doorknob; and then on the second attempt with another room that had not been cleaned yet; and finally, on the third and final room, it was made ready for the next guests, but did not appear to be as clean as it could be. You raise your room rates when an event is going on at the stadium, but you make no exception to ensuring your guests get what they paid for.
