The staff at Extended Stay Rutherford is by far the best, they always go above and beyond. Jackie is amazing. The hotel was sold out and she knew my daughter and i needed a room for the night (on Valentines Day no less) and she made it happen. Jeff the manager should be very proud because the level of customer service that his staff gives is beyond 5 stars. I would give 10 stars if i could. There have been times when i was in a stressful situation and they always worked with me and made it less stressful.

Hello overall the stay was ok. We didn’t see any housekeeping come to the room so I guess we had to call them which was fine. The continental. Breakfast could have been way better nutri grain bars tea and coffee is not enough for Adults. We made it work overall for time we was there.

The kitchen set up was nice, the room was very clean the only downside was the breakfast to go were a few choices to choose nothing that i would eat to start my day.
Very small rooms. No bells and whistles just a bed, TV, and shower. Which if your just staying a quick overnight it’s perfect
