Not as bad as you think The hotel was better than I expected from reading the reviews. It had a full kitchen which was very clean. Double beds made and set up really nicely the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels. The only gripe I had was I regards to the odor. There are guest who live and cook here so it does smell of whatever they are cooking, however the hotel does make an attempt to keep the halls and lobby deodorized.
