Craig at the front desk is very nice , he’s patient & very understanding
Hotel was in a great location and the design of the facility is nice, the rooms have great layout. The cleaning is not good, though. The entire hotel smells pretty bad. There was grime on counter tops and heavy dirt and sludge in drawers of kitchenette. This facility is obviously very understaffed as well, as it was very hard to find an attendant and when I finally got them on the phone, they sounded exhausted and said that they were too busy to help, and I would need to wait 30 minutes. The staff at Extended Stay Germantown is very friendly & Kind Hearted. Mrs.Erica & Mrs.Tiarra are very nice people ❤️
Room needs a deep cleaning and updating. There was visual debris on the walls and some hard surfaces. Staff was responsive.
