Hotel was nice close to shopping areas. Hotel was nice. My room was as clean but for cleaned once I addressed issue.
Great rate... clean room Clean room. Easy to get on and off I65. Close to Chicago. Was 45 minute drive in to McCormick Place. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only suggestion... update sheets. They seemed old.

My mother likes this place I booked this for my brother. He said the lady at the desk was not very accommadating but when I talked to her she helped me out. He did not complain of any problems so I am guessing the room was fine

I reserved a room and when I came to check in I was told I had to wait 30 mins before my room would be ready but it turned out to be almost a hour. I am very disappointed with this type of service
The room was an efficiency. There is a an brochure stating that if you needed items; utensils, plates, coffee maker, etc., to call the front desk and it would be delivered. We made a call to the front desk and asked for the coffee maker. The person at the front desk informed us that we had to come down to the front desk to get coffee. There was dirt and garbage in all the corners and in the bathroom. A little more attention to detail cleanliness is needed.

I stayed for a week for $200. All of the breakfast item are not really an option. other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Home away from home Room was clean, everything what needed to be there, was there. This is really a hotel for adults staying long-term, not for families on short trips or party people. There is no pool, no vending machines, no breakfast buffet. This is something for people who need to be in the area for extended time and want the basic commodities, able to prepare their own meals (if they want to), don't need Housekeeping on a daily basis and want a peaceful environment. Just my opinion.
