Merrillville Stay When we got to our room, the beds were not made. The bottom of the iron was burnt and put stains on our clothes, so we went to the front desk and Denise had to clean one for us. Denise apologized for the problems.

out of towners First of all, my room was not free when you all jack the price up way over the free room value. Now the hotel, the room was ok. We didn't use the tub because it was dirty all on the outside of the tub like something had been waste on it and inside the tub was hairs and the floor looked as if it hadn't been swept or mop in some days. Good last minute choice Quick stay on the way to Louisville, KY. Quite, clean, my husband was surprised. Little efficiency for like a travel RN or such. No dishes because set up for extended stays. Would stay again.

No frills but clean Can't complain; clean, safe. Kitchen area fine but you had to go to desk for any dishes, silverware, coffee...extra pillow or blanket not in room either. Also could get at the front desk I suppose. "Breakfast" was coffee at the desk and instant oatmeal. No frills for sure. It was fine for an inexpensive nights "sleep only" hotel.

Pretty Good Hotel from What We Saw My wife and I booked this room on very short notice and were only there for a few hours to get some sleep on a long road trip, but from what we experienced it was a pretty good hotel.

It was ok could been better customer services Its was ok. No whirlpool tub thats the onlything i hate.

No pillow cases and noisey No pillow cases on pillows. Told receptionist who was willing to provide some IF she could find some and IF I came down to get them. Told me she could not leave reception area after 10 pm for "safety" reasons. Told her not to bother. When I checked out in morning and I repeated my story, manager apologized, said that was not the case and she would reach out to Expedia to see about a discount.
