When I booked this place, the 2 amenities that I truly needed (hair dryer and microwave), were not available to me. The front desk explained that NO unit had hair dryers because people kept stealing them...why have that still advertised on the website? If they were being stolen, why weren't the people charged for taking them? Doesn't make sense to me. I’ve been staying at this particular resort for over 15 years and I come for the most part once a month. I think I deserve better rates or some kind of discounts.
