It was not what I thought, most of the people there actually lived there. No pots or dishes or utensils in room.
There is pigeon droppings all over the stairs. The stench heading to our room was unbearable. The bathroom door was barely closing due to it being water damaged and swollen. The breakfast included is just oatmeal and a muffin.
There was a gecko in my shoe. There was big gaps under my door where I’m assuming where it went in from but that was pretty crazy. The bathroom was disgusting like the door was not cleaned at all. Thank god I only have to stay there for one night
The water pressure was weak.
The place looks Nice,the rooms also until you see the cockroaches....and you have to clean the floors yourself, they are filthy!!!!! ..... Odors from the toilet, and too much dog poop everywhere..no cleans that!!!!!
The pool is closed for 6 months! As the front desk agent so rudely explained to me after he said i was "over reacting" about the situation. I live 15 minutes away from this hotel. Only reason I checked in was to take my kids swimming on a stay-cation for a couple days before school starts. The rude man at the front desk eventually agreed to cancel my booking and refund all our money since we weren't there for more than 5 minutes. But of course, to this day, I was charged in full and not refunded. We didn't even stay there!!!... read more
Dirty and Ill-Equiped Room The room was not clean and ill-equiped. No dishes, pans, utensils, kitchen supplies, bathtub stopper or blow dryer. The floors were dirty and there was a cigarette butt by the nightstand lamp. I even had to kill several insects.The breakfast is extremely limited and offered only highly processed packaged snacks. It was very disappointing for an Extended Stay brand.
