They did not accommodate the reservation or even attempt to help when it was an issue with the system. The lady at the front just said to contact where i booked and good luck.
The staff were helpful but overall the room had a funny smell. The room was also near the street and you could all the cars go by.
Roaches come out at night. There were so many roaches in our room that it was ridiculous! We could not leave our items on the counter in the bathroom.
