It’s in a good location but smells like crackheads the room had burnt holes in countertops the stove looked like it could blow up. I got my money back the same day. Don’t sleep here.

Poor No pot pans or cooking utensils unless you bought them and it was an extended stay.

The room was very dirty. The lampshade was brown. The floor was visibly dirty and sticky. There was no soap in the bathroom. It smelt bad.

We arrived at 6pm and it took at least 15 at check in because there were no clean rooms. Once we got a room it only had 2 towels (no wash cloths or hand towels) It had NO SOAP, NO extra toilet paper and only 1/2 roll hanging. The halls needed to be vacuumed and smelled musty. There were a bunch of teenage boys running around outside without supervision and no one seemed to care to do anything about it. The man handling the laundry had to check us in, and he was very unsure what rooms were clean. It was NOT a good experience.... read more

Smoke alarm going off at night , waiting a long time for someone to come fix it, eventually we were told to fix it ourselves. Waiting at desk with many others from 3:00 pm till about 3:20 before we saw anyone who worked there. Tried calling on hall phone multiple times, no answer
