Hair, dirt, grime, nothing was cleaned and the room had a old carpet smell- almost like a wet basement smell

Wevhad a light fixture hanging from our ceiling and the refrigerator was very rusty

Very dirty will not be staying at extended stay again. Property needs maintenance

The room had kitchen top edging that was falling off. In the bathroom there was no soap, Kleenex, and no TP holder and was just sitting on the counter. Had a smell of cigarette smoke still in it, although it was a non-smoking hotel. Not really good service, and no coffee or breakfast even when it said breakfast included when I booked.

Booked into a room that was not cleaned, and had no bed coverings, no towels or toilet paper, and a broken and disassembled stove. Elevator did not work either when I arrived. Night hotel clerk set up for TOTAL FAILURE by hotel mis-management!! WORST hotel experience ever!!!
