Floors were filthy and mattress had a whole. Facility itself was lovely.

Mold in the shower in the tile grout. Trash was on the floor in the kitchen area. After notifying mgmt. the next morning, is was still there upon my return

Unfortunately the computers were down but the friendly staff worked through it and it all worked out great.

The size of my room was nice. The staff was nice. The vending machines were convenient.

You are victims to some of your customers. I think you do the best you possibly can keeping the place clean when 190 people don't care about your property. You have fantastic staff - work SO hard - the front desk is fast and so kind. The maintenance guy is so busy - and so friendly. The people that clean your rooms need a raise - they can't get paid enough for some of the things they must have to do.
