Disappointed stay Booked a double queen non-smoking room. When we checked in we were given the last room. The room smelled of smoke and the carpet had cigarette burns. The shower had mold and the refrigerator rattled all night. Very disappointed in our stay.

Ver bad hotel The stay was very bad, I booked for non smoking, but when I entered the room it was filled with smoke and when I called front desk, she says just turn on th eexhaust fans. No good breakfast. Overall I willnot recommend this hotel to any one.

It was a nice quiet room. Beds were comfortable. I loved the fact that we had a stove, fridge and microwave - it worked for travelling with a family!

Extended Stay America-Eagan, MN all good ! I was in need of a hotel and my friend looked on Expedia and found a room in Extended Stay America in Eagan MN where we went. I needed to do some laundry quickly and the staff let me into the laundry room before I checked in because I was there before check-in time. By the time my washer was done, my room was ready. ok this hotel is ok but please do not expect to see any house keeping or get any extraordinary experience. Room is great if you like to cook and save. ok is all I can say.

It was okay This was nothing to write home about, but it was sufficient for what I needed--a place to sleep and keep my stuff while I was working in the area. The front desk person was not doing a great job of keeping up and kept blaming it on the fact that she usually worked at a different location, but, for example, when I called the desk because there was no remote for my TV, she said she'd look for one and call me back. The heater or the A.C thing didn't work. It was a very, very chilly night. Overall, it would've been perfect with the heater working. Just a little disappointed from that.

Not a good stay. You should not recommend this Hotel. We came to our room number late in the evening. We came in the room and unpacked our items. After doing so we noticed the covers on the bed puled back and not made up. upon further inspection we seen that the mattress was soaked in urine and smelled strongly. We were put in this room obviously without it being cleaned as there was also feces on the toilet bowl. We called the front desk and we had to pack up our room at this late hour and we were moved 2 doors down. The fr... read more
