close to Mall of America Enjoy having little kitchen area, quiet neighborhood.
Hallways wreak of smoke Overall pleasing. We wanted to be in this area. Room size comfortable.
No problems here! Exactly what we were looking for.
good location Enjoyed ourselves but why is it hard to get the AC adjusted to the right temp. Next time I'd like to get a pool and breakfast. Didn't enjoy cooking as much while on VACATION.
Front Desk Quitters I had chosen to stay there that night for a flight in the morning because of the proximity to the airport and the price. Just as I arrived and began checking in the front desk lady went to the back room and began to quit because of a room who had come out to complain during my check in process. This overwhelmed the staff and thus the front desk lady quit while checking me in. Smelled like cigarettes It wreaked of cigarette smoke add soon add we got off the elevator. We reserved a nonsmoking room and the room also smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the room looked like no one maintains it. Like they just have someone come in and spot clean. Except for the curtains, which smelled horrible. Other guests were complaining as well and all the staff said was "Oh, sorry". Will Never go back.
Nice hotel. I loved the fact that the hotel has full size refrigerator and stove tops. The bad side was very little tv channels. I would recommend that they do something about this. It was close to the zoo and mall.
wife loved it I booked this hotel for my wife.. She loved it.
