Access to hotel to get off of the highway was very, very easy! Room was nice. What i didn't like was that the parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled or cleared. It had snowed a couple days ago and it should have been cleared right away.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was clean and accommodating. Some of the guess wasn't to clean, but the staff addressed the issues pretty quick. Would definitely stay and recommend
Menu was limited to muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, and instant oatmeal - still breakfast stuff. My biggest gripe was that the room wasn't cleaned for a two night stay. It was the first time time I've ever encountered something like this in renting rooms for a two or more nights.

Rooms are alright. My pillows didn't have pillow cases

They need to plow the snow that is in their lot. Especially near the handicap parking and front sidewalk. As an older person, trying to walk on a snow pile does not work! Much less for a handicap person!! Don't be cheap and pay someone to plow your parking lot out! This is the 2nd time I've stayed here in past 3 weeks and they have not removed snow prior to that!
