Great customer service at the desk. Professional and courteous. Very clean. Would have been nice if there were glasses.
This is a working mans hotel. Caters to a lot of folks traveling for work - blue collar work, mostly. The staff is mostly friendly. It’s the guests that are difficult and inconsiderate. Operating facilities (Laundry) could use some work. Within walking distance of Walmart. Convenient location.
Basic room that was clean and looked maintained. Staff was pleasant.
Everything was fine for our one night. No complaints. Room was clean and check in was easy.
Centrally located to all my destinations in Minneapolis/St. Paul this weekend.
