The stairwells could use some updating and there was parts of the room that could have been cleaned better but the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and sweet, which made me forget about those couple small negative things!

The room needed either a carpet cleaning or removal.

Room was ok not service at all had too switch rooms at first because the bed was dirty and also had hair all over it. No clean stuff on site was different

Took out dishes, coffee pots from room etc,had to wait to check in desk guy was in back room, even saw us standing at desk

Not a bad place to stay. Not a bad place, good price. Liked the studio room was nice. Would stay again. Could use a good vacuuming. Bed was alright.

Not too shabby Little breakfast selection, But the rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are pretty comfy.

Not bad, little breakfast selection. Minimal breakfast selection, you only get oatmeal or nutrigrain bars

Non smoker Everything was great but the smell of smoke was very heavy. We requested for a non smoking room but it still smell of smoke.

Hotel needs signage. It's difficult to locate; down road at back of mall with no signage on the road or at the driveway. Hotel says "Lobby" but not Extended Stay Americs. They were also out of coffee makers.
