I take it that the customer is priority at this establishment. I say that because Navaisha, the young lady working the front desk when I checked called the room 10 minutes after I checked in to make sure that the room met my standards in cleanliness and if to ask if there was anything that I needed to make my stay even more enjoyable. I have stayed in four and five star resorts that have never done this

My stay at the hotel was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a good location and very close to the interstate.

The staff at this hotel displayed Good Customer Service Skills Day and Night shift. The room was clean and everything in the room worked.

The little thin comforter was the worst. Breakfast consisted of coffee Quaker Oatmeal packages and nutri-grain bars. I forgot my toothpaste they did have to pace packages there which was great. The staff at the front desk was very hospitable.
