Friendly staff, not best locale It's just off some of the main streets, including a major highway, but it's tucked way back in a cul de sac so not easy to find without GPS. Also the surroundings seemed a bit low-end and not the quietest area. However, the staff were friendly and even facilitated returning some property I left it in the room so I give them props for that.
Taste of Home Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Great atmosphere and quiet surrounding.

extended stay mobile.al I booked king non smoking room when i checked in I was told that all king rooms where smoking. I needed non-smoking as member in party has asthma.I got room with 2 double beds instead that was non smoking. Then had to change rooms again because toilet in room would not flush properly and they could not fix it. Lobby area is very small and also they just have a grab and go breakfast option.
Outstanding Stay I always have a wonderful stay. The staff is always accommodating and very personable. Jackie, Raven, Michelle and Amber are the perfect representatives for your company. I consider Extended Stay of America, Mobile AL my home away from home.
Good location Hotel looks appealing from the outside but upon closer inspection it gets worse. The concrete/cement walkways, sidewalks, and stairs are disgusting. They need to be pressure washed badly. Our room (328) had mildew on the ceiling and it looked like it was about to fall down. The bed was comfortable and the staff were fairly polite. There is no ice machine and our fridge had no trays so what are we suppose to do for ice? The "breakfast" was more snacks than real food. Overall I feel like I got what I paid for.

Nice and Pleasant Rooms were nice and clean. Located in a nice area. Not too far from the mall.
