extended stay mobile.al I booked king non smoking room when i checked in I was told that all king rooms where smoking. I needed non-smoking as member in party has asthma.I got room with 2 double beds instead that was non smoking. Then had to change rooms again because toilet in room would not flush properly and they could not fix it. Lobby area is very small and also they just have a grab and go breakfast option.
Outstanding Stay I always have a wonderful stay. The staff is always accommodating and very personable. Jackie, Raven, Michelle and Amber are the perfect representatives for your company. I consider Extended Stay of America, Mobile AL my home away from home.
Good location Hotel looks appealing from the outside but upon closer inspection it gets worse. The concrete/cement walkways, sidewalks, and stairs are disgusting. They need to be pressure washed badly. Our room (328) had mildew on the ceiling and it looked like it was about to fall down. The bed was comfortable and the staff were fairly polite. There is no ice machine and our fridge had no trays so what are we suppose to do for ice? The "breakfast" was more snacks than real food. Overall I feel like I got what I paid for.

Nice and Pleasant Rooms were nice and clean. Located in a nice area. Not too far from the mall.

Great Stay for Cheap! Good location and a decent nightly rate, a solid place to stay if you're in town playing a Disc Golf Tournament!
"OH yeah, we ran out of shampoo" While trying to get into our room, the manager ran outside and met us at the car, claiming she gave us a bad room. She then looked into another room and saw people's belongings in the room. She then went to our original room looked around and said " I guess this is ok". Then left. Later that night we found a handful of change on the floor. It looked as if someone had removed their pants and change had fallen out of the pocket.
