Okay place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The exterior was a bit trashed out but the rooms were nice.

Extended Stay America - Mobile, AL The staff on two different days and through various shifts were very accommodating and helpful to me and my family. Though a handicapped room wasn't available they did make ever effort to try and help with my mother's special needs. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only complain I have was that the beds were extremely hard, even for commercial grade. I will stay again if given the opportunity. slow service The hotel room had a funny smell, but that was listed on other reviews. We checked in late at night and our key would not work. it took about 30 minutes before we could actually get someone up to the room to get the door open.

Great value The cost of the hotel exceeded the expectations. The place came equipped with a kitchen so we could have prepared a meal there without adding any other expense to the trip. Staff was friendly. We had to pay for the internet, but at a such a low cost for the room it was a fare exchange.

A really good deal for the money. The stairs and walkway needed cleaning. The refrigerator in my room contained food left by a previous geast. The iron did not get hot. Other then those things the room and hotel was fine.

ESA We were in Mobile to attend my wife's mother's funeral. Her home was located in Prichard, Alabama, near I 65. There was not enough room for all of the family to stay at her home so some of us had to rent lodging. I picked ESA. The location of the hotel was perfect. The service was wonderful.

Room Pleasant, Hallways Filthy Room on whole was clean and well-maintain-ed;price was competitive; however,hallways were filthy with old cigarette butts, trash and dirt (condition reported to management at check-out).

great room for the money Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I didn't have any problems with anything... the room was clean, although it was a little smelly. The last time I stayed here I was in a different room that was smelly too. Air works well and it was nice to have a kitchen in the hotel, especially when you're out of town for multiple days. Great room for the money I researched a lot of hotels and read many reviews before deciding on to stay at this hotel. You honestly can't beat the price in Mobile. It's located in a nice location off the highway and very easy to get to. I inspected the room upon arrival and everything was fine. It's by no means a fancy hotel, but for the money, it's really a great deal! I've stayed in much worse conditions for more money in the past.
