Charged Twice The stay was okay. It was the fact the hotel charged me again at check in, and I had already paid when I booked my room. The girl at the front desk that night couldn’t explain why, or why the rate was totally different from when I booked the room. Hotels.com is refunding me and I still don’t know why this issue occurred. I’ve never had an issue with any other booking with Hotels.com, so hopefully this won’t happen again.

Adequate room, comfortable stay. Room was adequate for our needs. Was good to be able to have the kitchenette and the laundry room. Floors could’ve used cleaning, we had to wear socks the whole time inside the room, and the bottoms of the socks were filthy after just a day or so. Property is older and is showing it swear, but was still functional.

The place was safe, quiet and with easy parking. The check in and check out were very quick
