short trip It was a great price for a short visit to Alabama. We were close to where we needed to be and other than a little outside noise, a great visit.

Staffing was nice kind and courteous…
Charged Twice The stay was okay. It was the fact the hotel charged me again at check in, and I had already paid when I booked my room. The girl at the front desk that night couldn’t explain why, or why the rate was totally different from when I booked the room. Hotels.com is refunding me and I still don’t know why this issue occurred. I’ve never had an issue with any other booking with Hotels.com, so hopefully this won’t happen again.
