Keep expectations low Checking in after midnight means there was no one at the desk to handle checkin. That's annoying when you need to get your room and get to sleep. There's a phone on the desk and you need to call a number, and they go find someone to get to the desk and handle checkin. It takes a few minutes. Breakfast is muffins and a packet of oatmeal, which you cook in a Styrofoam cup in the room microwave (I didn't see a bowl in the cupboard). Underwhelming. weekend get away Our stay at Extended America was quite pleasant. Very comfortable room, clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the refrigerator was not in working order, we had to keep our waters in the freezer. I am sure this will be addressed.

Clean, quiet, basic hotel within city limits The hotel offers the basics ( clean room with bed, bath, coffee) with the added benefits of large rooms, very quiet location within easy walk to food, shopping and at a reasonable price for the area.

Good value This is a no-frills hotel. Very good for the value. I was not crazy about grab-and-go breakfast but it works. Quiet location -just a couple of mintestinal to restaurants and shopping.

Bathroom floor had lots of cigarette burn marks. Not sure how they didn’t know this when I went down to get another room.

Nice staff friendly, room is comfortable convenient location I enjoyed my stay I just wish they would serve coffee longer hours they stop serving coffee when they stop breakfast

Stayed at this hotel because the property next door where I was going to an event did not allow dogs. The room was fine and it was a close drive to restaurants. There were some sketchy fellow patrons, but overall it was adequate.
