Great locale for fun activities
Hotel neif Check in rapide. Chambre propre avec petite cuisine, excellent
Decent for the price I think people live there. You cannot get extra towels despite us checking in as a family of 4 and having 2 towels, we were asked to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. Not very accommodating for parents. Staff was friendly, clean over all. Decent price. The “regulars” were questionable but it seemed safe and clean.
Comfortable room but not prepared for our arrival We arrived late (3 am) and had to call for a night clerk. We waited 10 minutes for him who had no apologies. Someone with a reservation for two rooms should not have this happen.
Decent rooms, Rude staff While the rooms were quite comfortable and would serve well for extended stay, we found our experience to be negative overall due to the shocking rudeness, unhelpfulness, and disrespect that we observed from the staff. There was no one available to greet us when we arrived and when we asked for extra towels we were rudely told that we would not be provided more than two towels even though I had booked the room for four people.
