My first impression as I walked into the room was the cleanliness. There was no carpeting which is a plus, the bathroom was extremely clean and I hope it's not just because it's brand new. The only downside is I thought it should have a blow dryer and an iron.
Nice, convenient, but the cleanliness needs work I didnt care for their policy of only cleaning a room once every two weeks for longer stays. I was staying there from the day of their grand opening with different reservations, and my room was only cleaned once....and the toilet never cleaned. By the time I checked out it was rank.

Great Find I Merrimack This hotel is very nice. Everything is clean and pretty much new. The thing I like most about this hotel is that the rooms don't have carpet. If you're anything like me this is a huge plus. The rooms aren't anything fancy and have more of a minimalist feel to them. I have stayed there a few times and have been satisfied. CLEAN, VERY QUIET VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL STAFF. CLOSE TO AMENITIES.
This hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The only problem I had was after 4 days there I tried to request housekeeping but was told they were gone at 1:30. The area is nice and there are lots of options in regards to food.
Do to family illness we travelled to Nashua. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious.. and seemed especially grand as we had stayed in a NYC hotel the night before. Close to highway, but not too close. I would suggest asking for even number rooms as we heard some highway noise thru the night and we had 2 odd numbered rooms. Not sure if it would have been better, but one can hope!
