We weren't able to stay here because we both needed photo ID 's and my husband recently misplaced his driver license. Although he has an FID card with his photo on it the hotel was unwilling to accept it. This is ridiculous especially because they never mentioned it until we were there to check in. Then another guest gave some suggestions about other hotels and the staff member didn't like that. She told him to go back to his room and made it very uncomfortable for us!! This place sucks.. This is the weirdest hotel I have ever stayed at. I do not recommend it at all if you are staying for a night or two. Arrived at about 10pm. Had to get buzzed into the hotel lobby if that is what you want to call it. The reception desk had a roll down metal shade that literally looks like a door for a Uhaul storage unit. We checked out at about 8:30. Every time we went through the lobby this roll down shade was closed. There is no coffee in the room or the lobby. Major Disappointment for Choice Hotels This property was disappointing especially as it is part of Choice Hotels. On the plus side the room was spacious and clean, it was a great value compared to alternatives in the area. On the down side, the WiFi was virtually unusable even for simple E-mail let alone internet access even after purchasing the upgrade. The towels are about the worse I have ever encountered. The hotel requires ID’s of all adults staying in the room and made copies of them. I have never experienced this before at any hotel. Also the walls were very thin. I could hear people walking around on the floor above me. WiFi was limited to only two devices. Housekeeping did not come to clean rooms. You only got 2 towels and would have to pay for more.

Good service poor hotel maintenance Karen was amazing customer service . However the hotel itself wasnt up to par. From 9pm to about 1 am there were chairs upstairs being moved running loud stomping I believe there was children up there and the floors were so thin. The bed I slept in I woke up itchy and red rashes. The floor was so dirty
