Late check required phone calls to get outer door open, even tho we called ahead, with temperature below 20degrees. Insufficient towels for a room for 3. No hair dryer, coffee pot or kitchen accessories. TV remote did not work. Front door knocks waking everyone at one am, with staff cussing at unwanted knocking, shouting in four letter expletives 2out of 4 nights we were there.
Located in very nice spot in a great friendly neighborhood. But entering the building was like walking into a jail cell and locked in
WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE . Worst hotel experience of my life, better off staying at a motel or even your car. Absolutely disgusting rooms. Sheets had brown stains and hair from unknown people. Worst of all, hotel personnel was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe this place even exists. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.
No housekeeping, no service. Pay to change your towels ??? Never again
Not impressed! I don’t understand why the reviews for this place are so good. The hotel has no Amenities and the room is nothing special. I was there just long enough to hopefully get a good nights sleep. My room smelled like stale cigarettes. It’s a non-smoking hotel, supposedly. They were booked or I would have asked for another room. At 7am Saturday morning there was bed shaking construction outside my room.
